LCCS is seeking a part-time food service coordinator to manage the student lunch program. Hours are daily 9 am-2 pm during full school days when school is in session. This position involves menu planning, food prep, volunteer and staff supervision. Candidates must be able to handle commercial kitchen equipment, purchasing, and budget management. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian who loves students and possesses a current food-safety certification or is able to obtain a ServeSafe certificate. He/she must have experience to follow safe and sanitary food handling procedures and maintain a kitchen that is compliant with the PA Department of Agriculture and food safety.
